Post-release: Cleaning Trade Show 2025 (spring)
On March 26-28, 2025, a specialized exhibition of the cleaning and hygiene industry — Cleaning Trade Show 2025 – took place in NIVKI-HALL at Beresteyskyi Avenue, 84 in Kyiv.
Cleaning Trade Show 2025 is a key event in Ukraine, which has been bringing together leading suppliers, experts and professionals for 7 years to demonstrate innovative solutions in the field of cleaning. This exhibition is a unique platform for exchanging experience, establishing business contacts and presenting the latest technologies.

Cleaning Trade Show is also about education, so the exhibition hosted a three-day multi-level CLEANING FORUM, during which top experts from Ukraine and even Poland shared valuable information and experience with representatives of the cleaning business. The FORUM brought together leading industry experts, cleaning business professionals and industry innovators to discuss key issues of organizing cleaning, dry cleaning and managing cleaning companies.
The forum began with a speech by Victoria Polonskaya (SkyClean), who shared methods and approaches for the “Perfect General Cleaning”. Victoria Ostapchuk from KÄRCHER told how to achieve maximum productivity with minimal effort thanks to innovative solutions in cleaning equipment. The day also included numerous practical tips: from odor neutralization (Tetyana Timofeeva) to the specifics of cleaning after fires (Yaroslav Shaporta).
The second day of the forum was dedicated to dry cleaning and care for various surfaces and materials. Yegor Karaman (ITS 52) presented the best methods for cleaning natural and artificial surfaces, and Yulia Polizeimako shared her experience in cleaning after fires. At the same time, participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest dry cleaning products from NJORD Chemicals, which allow achieving high results at reduced cost.
The final day of the forum was dedicated to cleaning business management and company development in this area. Roman Obolonchyk (Uborka 24) shared tips on organizing and optimizing processes in cleaning companies, and Maryna Shchetnik (Lavanda Cleaning) told how to properly build a team and work with toxic personnel.
Special attention was paid to marketing and advertising of cleaning companies. Kateryna Nesterenko and Serhiy Andreykiv shared the secrets of business promotion on the Internet and effective advertising in social networks, which help attract new customers.
The exhibition also hosted the 15th anniversary author's competition of cleaning companies "Master of Cleanliness" in three nominations: "Stain Removal Master", "Dry Cleaning Master", and "Master Technologist".
This year's exhibition emphasized that even in difficult conditions, in particular in conditions of war and limited resources, the Ukrainian cleaning industry not only holds on, but also continues to develop. We have proven that unity and the desire for development allow us to find new ways to solve the most difficult tasks.
