Post-release: Cleaning Trade Show 2024 (fall)
From October 23 to 25, 2024, the Cleaning Trade Show exhibition was held in Kyiv (NIVKI HALL, Beresteyskyi Avenue, 84) - the only specialized exhibition in Ukraine, which united all segments of the cleaning industry and became a key event for industry professionals. The event brought together the best suppliers, experts, distributors, buyers and corporate customers of the country, creating an effective platform for exchanging experience, presenting innovations and establishing business connections.
Cleaning Trade Show 2024 impressed the participants with its depth and diversity. Exhibitors presented the widest range of equipment, chemicals, inventory and services for cleaning, sanitary hygiene and dry cleaning. Among the participants of the exhibition this year, the following companies presented their products:
- VIP Autochemicals Ukraine LLC – specialists in the world of auto chemicals and auto cosmetics;
- Betta-Service LLC – a reliable partner in the field of sanitary and hygienic solutions. The company presented a wide range of cleaning and hygiene products from leading brands such as IPC, Unger, Filmop, Tork, Vikan, Diversey, Tana, Vileda and Kimberly-Clark Professional;
- VITESS-LTD LLC – an exclusive distributor of the Polish brand Clinex and the Bulgarian MyOCEAN;
- A.T.I.E.S. 52 LLC – reliable supplier of cleaning equipment, equipment and products;
- KBS GROUP LLCis the official representative of KIEHL, KÄRCHER and VILEDA in Ukraine;
- Profi Vac Ukraine LLCrepresents the ProfiEurope company from Poland and provides a wide range of industrial and central vacuum cleaners for professional use;
- Formulan PP “Chisto v Khati” is a distributor of professional cleaning detergents “Formulan” (Poland);
- MDM Group is a company with 20 years of experience in the disinfection market of Ukraine;
- KARCHER is a world leader in the cleaning industry. Their solutions, including floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners and manual equipment, provide effective and convenient cleaning in any conditions, allowing you to increase productivity and quality of work;
- Clean Floor Technics is a supplier of professional floor cleaning equipment, which includes extractors, vacuum cleaners, carpet dryers and robotic floor solutions;
- KSM Lubricants LLC is a Ukrainian manufacturer of detergents with over 20 years of experience. Their products are under the brands PUUR SPECIFIEK and SAVING MRS. GAVA.
The exhibition hosted a three-day Cleaning Forum, the program of which covered the topics of specific cleaning, dry cleaning, window cleaning and cleaning business management. The forum became a platform for discussing important issues in the industry, demonstrating advanced technologies and conducting master classes. On October 23, the forum was dedicated to the topic of specific cleaning. The first speaker was Igor Kovtun (chisto69.academy), who shared tips on optimizing the team's work using the example of general cleaning. Viktoriya Polonska (Skyclean, Flagman) shared her experience of post-construction cleaning. Marina Shchetnik (Lavanda Cleaning) revealed the issues of organizing a cleaning team, recruiting personnel, creating checklists and instructing employees. The practical aspects of choosing cleaning equipment were covered by Yaroslav Shaporta (Profi Europe), who spoke about vacuum cleaners for general cleaning, and also demonstrated the operation of the Profi 54 vacuum cleaner for washing paving stones. The features of care and restoration of wooden surfaces were explained by Yegor Karaman (I-T-S-52). Yevgeny Gulko, Chief Technologist of Uberem Cleaning Service, presented effective tools for management and loss prevention. The day ended with a speech by Victoria Ostapchuk (Kärcher), who presented the company's innovative cleaning solutions, and Tikhon Chernyakov (T4LAB), who conducted practical testing of equipment for cleaning various surfaces.
On October 24, the forum was dedicated to the topics of dry cleaning, stain removal and window cleaning. Among the main topics was hot extraction of upholstered furniture and carpets, which was covered by Tetyana Timofeeva (#CLEANING) and Tikhon Chernyakov (T4LAB). (T4LAB). Professional cleaning of unique furniture and selection of cleaning equipment were also discussed.
The culmination of the day was the first Window Cleaning Cup in Ukraine, which was held by Yevhen Sukharev (Kyiv Cleaning School). Participants demonstrated the speed and accuracy of window cleaning, and the winners were:
- 1st place – (Ivano-Frankivsk, “karina_chisto_if”);
- 2nd place – Antonina Zaparniuk (Yaremche, “easyclean_ya”);
- 3rd place – Yana Syrotenko (Kremenchuk, “Cleaning Kremen”).
The day ended with presentations from Maksym Tarasov (Wieberr) about typical mistakes when cleaning furniture and removing stains, as well as from Yaroslav Shaporta (Profi Europe) about British products NJORD. Tetyana Timofeeva (#CLEANING) presented new products from TM Clinex.
On October 25, the forum focused on cleaning business management. Nina Yarunina (“Army of Cleanliness”) explained how service becomes a competitive advantage in the service business. Kateryna Nesterenko, an expert on social networks, spoke about cleaning business promotion, brand and reputation.
Igor Kovtun (chisto69.academy) spoke about business indicators for monitoring the activities of a cleaning company, who also moderated a discussion panel on solving problem cases. Tetyana Popovych (Cinderella Company) spoke about business systematization through a CRM system, and Igor Kovtun ended the day with a lecture on the work of a Callcentre.
All days of the forum included communication with exhibitors, equipment demonstrations and prize draws.
Cleaning Trade Show 2024 not only presented modern technologies, but also became a place to discuss key challenges in the industry. The participants of the event had a unique opportunity to attend master classes, test new products and meet leading industry experts. This event once again confirmed that Ukraine has significant potential in the development of the cleaning industry. Cleaning Trade Show 2024 became not only an important stage for the industry, but also a source of inspiration for all its participants. In conditions of limited resources and challenges associated with the war, such meetings allow us to jointly search for effective solutions to difficult situations.
